Responsibilities

• Partner with lead designer to scope, design, and deliver user-centric physical and digital products for medical devices and packaging.
• Create packaging artwork solutions compliant with regulatory, labeling, branding, and readability requirements.
• Own product instructional design strategy including style guides and use of Instructions for Use and Quick Reference Guides.
• Conduct exploratory research to gather user insights, evaluate UI concepts, and translate needs into UX requirements.
• Create user journeys, UI illustrations, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, human factors, quality, regulatory, and others.
• Manage vendors and external partners; travel up to 10% yearly.
