Takeda in Lexington, MA is seeking a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills to translate user research into compliant, intuitive designs for medical devices and packaging. You will drive design from concept through production, including instructional materials, data-driven UX improvements, and collaborations with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a Master’s with 3+ years in UI/UX or related fields (or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years), proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite, and experience
This role requires expertise of design thinking and the ability to distill user research insights into actionable design. It extends beyond conventional graphic design by integrating insights into user behavior, regulatory expectations, and the unique challenges of medical device and combination product design. Success hinges on translating user needs into intuitive, compliant solutions across all PD group output areas: device design, packaging, IFUs and associated instruction materials (physical and digital), journey mapping, and user-needs research.

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$103,500.00 - $162,690.00
