Wenger & Watson is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape principal product experiences for B2B SaaS. You will mentor designers, define design systems, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver data-driven interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product design, 2+ years in leadership or mentoring, and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns. Remote India with full-time commitment.
