Job summary

Wenger & Watson is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape principal product experiences for B2B SaaS. You will mentor designers, define design systems, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver data-driven interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product design, 2+ years in leadership or mentoring, and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns. Remote India with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience.
• 2+ years in leadership, mentoring, or design ownership.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design and measurable impact.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, enterprise SaaS, CRM, marketing automation, or workflow-based products.
• Expertise in design systems, accessibility, responsive design and scalable UI patterns.
• Experience with AI-powered products or data-driven interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design documentation.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and influence product strategy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
