Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio in complex B2B solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent change
• Proven ability to manage complex products autonomously and drive measurable improvements
• Expert proficiency with Figma and familiarity with AI-powered user research tools
• Experience in HealthTech or other domains with complex data and specialized workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Drive measurable reductions in operational friction through efficient workflow design
• Apply strong design craft to all deliverables while leveraging the company's design system
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure designs are feasible for implementation
• Provide strategic design insights to cross-functional teams and influence key decisions
• Conduct user research to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
• Perform regulatory-compliant human factors engineering activities to help manage risk

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will shape end-to-end product experiences for a complex B2B environment, with a strong focus on simplifying specialized workflows and improving operational efficiency. You will partner closely with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring thoughtful, feasible designs from discovery through launch. The work will require strong product thinking, rigorous design craft, and the ability to influence decisions through clear insight and research.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $166,950 – $192,180 annually
