Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Product Designer to shape new products and services within the Innovation lifecycle. You will translate research and strategy into tangible, testable experiences across late Discovery to Pilot stages.

You will collaborate with Experience Lead, Product, Technology, and business partners to deliver usable, accessible designs while maintaining brand standards and design systems. This role emphasizes hands‑on design and fast, evidence‑driven iteration.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Product/UX design experience.
• Experience translating research into usable experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape new products across the Innovation lifecycle.
• Translate research findings into flows, prototypes, and development ready assets.
• Apply human centered design, accessibility, and brand standards throughout the design process.
• Present design decisions with clear storytelling to stakeholders.
• Operate independently on complex assignments and contribute to design system evolution.
