The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Product Designer II to lead end‑to‑end design across the subscriber growth journey for Disney+. You will partner with product managers and engineers as a core team member, shaping feature definitions and design strategy.

You will mentor junior designers, elevate craft, and apply evidence from user research and metrics to decisions. The role emphasizes accessibility, collaboration, and growth within a world‑class design team.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end design within the subscriber growth journey—from problem framing through shipped experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web, mobile, and living room devices.
• Extend and evolve the design system and contribute brand‑consistent components.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from earliest stages to define scope and deliverables.
• Ensure accessibility considerations and build inclusive experiences from the start.
• Support experimentation strategies (A/B tests) and synthesize learnings into broader team direction.
• Mentor junior designers and present work in critiques to raise design craft across the team.
• Leverage research, usability testing, and product metrics to inform decisions and strategy.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and synthesis where appropriate.
