Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a cross-functional designer in a B2B SaaS or adjacent environment.
• AI-fluent with LLM-assisted prototyping to accelerate ideation and validation.
• Design with accessibility as a first-class constraint, built in from the start.
• Accountable to outcomes, conducting experiments and measuring impact.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing in the field, synthesizing insights.
