Compensation ranges from $81,800 to $102,300 per year, with opportunities for growth and a focus on enterprise software design. Strong portfolio and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

In this role, you will partner closely with product management and engineering to translate complex needs into data-driven, accessible design solutions built using the company Design System.

Compensation: USD 81,800 - 102,300 per year.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify complex design problems and propose elegant, user-focused solutions
• Build deep product knowledge and strengthen empathy for users
• Collaborate with development and product management to create designs grounded in data
• Create user journeys, page flows, and prototypes, and support implementation to achieve pixel-perfect outcomes
• Test, learn, and iterate on designs in partnership with product peers
• Execute research on new design paradigms while applying relevant industry standards
• Use the Design System to compose accessible and consistent experiences across the product

What you bring

• An exceptional portfolio showing multiple design projects
• 2+ years of proven experience designing web products
• A degree in human-centered design, computer science, research, psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and drive strong customer and business outcomes
• Professional experience using design tools such as Figma and Sketch
• A systems-thinker mindset, able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• A strong eye for clean, visually impactful designs that feel current
• English fluency (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of US companies is beneficial
• Experience designing enterprise software is a plus
