Aspen Technology is hiring a Product Designer I in Bedford, MA on-site to shape software experiences that put users first. You will partner with product management and engineering to translate complex needs into data-driven, accessible design solutions built using the company Design System.

Compensation ranges from $81,800 to $102,300 per year, with opportunities for growth and a focus on enterprise software design. Strong portfolio and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating multiple design projects.
2+ years of experience designing web products.
Degree in human-centered design, CS, research, psychology, or related field.
Experience with Figma and Sketch.
Ability to tackle complex problems and drive strong customer and business outcomes.
Strong eye for clean, current visual design.

Responsibilities

Identify complex design problems and propose user-focused solutions.
Build product knowledge and empathize with users.
Collaborate with development and product management to design grounded in data.
Create user journeys, page flows, and prototypes; support implementation.
