Qualifications

• 4+ years using Adobe Premiere Pro in a creative setting.
• Ability to adapt when Columbus, OH client scope changes mid-stream.
• 5 years of Persona Development experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and explore new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Pace a product walkthrough to land key insights and timing.
• Pitch concept ideas in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder sessions.
• Refine messaging and visuals using performance data and audience insight.
• Write microcopy that supports button actions and UX flows.
• Set typographic rhythm to harmonize with a Blender library.
• Carry layouts from napkin sketch to press-ready files without losing spark.
• Test headlines against audience reactions before going live.
