Marks, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, packaging, and digital commerce. This hybrid role can be based in Battle Creek, NYC, Cincinnati or Chicago, and focuses on creating design systems for physical and digital spaces.

You will develop visuals for food, beverages, spirits, and more, translating briefs into compelling solutions while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with multi-disciplinary groups.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required.
• Portfolio showing brand, packaging and digital design work.
• Experience with CPG, food/beverage categories preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, InDesign; familiarity with Miro.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Create best-in-class visuals for eCommerce and retailer pages.
• Translate briefs into compelling design solutions.
• Apply cutting-edge eCommerce practices including ADA compliance.
• Support digital content and eCommerce design development.
• Participate in brainstorming and mentor junior teammates.
• Build organized decks and communicate design intent.
• Present work confidently and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay organized in file management and concept development.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to agency culture.
