Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a Product Designer to join our digital transformation.

You will collaborate with our UX team in an agile SAFe environment to create intuitive, accessible experiences for retailers and end users, shaping how AI tools accelerate ideation and design. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of product design experience in cross-functional teams, strong typography and layout skills, proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and an interest in AI-driven product

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience designing and delivering digital products in cross-functional teams.
Experience in a SAFe Agile Framework.
Proficiency in typography, desktop and mobile UI, color, layout and accessibility.
Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
Ability to deliver customer solutions using analytics and testing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product engineering and UX teams to deliver inclusive, accessible designs based on user stories and analytics.
Iterate on design systems and establish new ones for Benjamin Moore.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Communicate design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
Improve retailer workflows and product adoption through streamlined UX.
