Job summary

Qualifications

Proven delivery in user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture.
Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
Ability to use analytics, data, and testing to inform solutions.
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product engineering team to deliver inclusive and accessible designs based on user stories, UX research, and analytics.
Work with the UX Team and UX Lead to align on creative vision and execution.
Iterate on established design systems and contribute to new components.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
Improve retailers' workflow with UX improvements to optimize satisfaction and adoption.
Deliver concepts and artifacts on time with minimal supervision.
