Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) AI Foundation in San Francisco. You will lead a squad of designers working across complex, cross-functional product spaces, creating agentic and hybrid UI experiences for enterprise customers.

You will guide critique, pairing, and shared exploration to help teams develop their point of view and do their best work. Bring deep design craft, sharp critical thinking, and the judgment to select the right tool

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping high-quality work within a design system

Responsibilities

• Lead and multiply: guide a squad of designers across complex, cross-functional spaces
• Design across multi-surface AI experiences for administrator and practitioner roles
• Communicate through making using diagrams, flows, and AI-assisted prototypes
• Raise the craft bar with strong interaction and visual design within Spectrum
• Partner across functions with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Marketing
• Stay close to the field and capture patterns to inform the team’s work
