Greenda is a Munich-based, TDK-backed agricultural intelligence startup helping agricultural cooperatives digitize crop protection and build the foundation for predictive agriculture. Its platform combines AI, farmer observations, agronomist expertise, and environmental data to turn verified field information into actionable insights and predictive intelligence. It currently focuses on citrus farming in Spain, with ambitions to expand across crops and markets.

Propose product improvements and drive them from idea to launch Study technicians’ and farmers’ daily workflows and develop creative solutions Explore ambiguous problems by understanding user and business goals, then validate ideas through low-fidelity prototypes and rapid iteration Turn Product Lead specifications into prototypes using Lovable or Figma, review initial versions, and refine flows, screens, and copy for development Own and evolve the design system across mobile and web, and set the quality bar for shipped work Design for field use, including offline access, one-handed operation, bright sunlight, fast photo capture, and users who are not fluent with apps Review every build against the design before release and continue improving quality after launch Prepare prototypes and test scripts for feedback calls with technicians and farmers, join the sessions, and turn feedback into design changes Work with the Product Lead to shape product strategy and roadmap Explain design decisions to engineering, the Spain-based team, and other stakeholders, and keep them aligned

Fluent English (C1) Proactive mindset, with examples of independently initiated changes 5+ Years of experience designing shipped digital products Portfolio to walk through Comfortable prototyping with AI tools such as Lovable or coding agents, and fluent in a design tool such as Figma End-to-end product design experience across research, information architecture, interaction, and visual design Experience designing for native mobile (iOS and Android) and responsive web Experience in fast-paced environments, shipping, gathering user feedback, and iterating quickly Strong UI, interaction, and visual craft, attention to detail, and ability to remove unnecessary elements Creativity beyond obvious patterns, with solutions grounded in real workflows Ability to balance user needs, business needs, and engineering constraints, share work early, and take feedback well Based in the EU and able to work CET hours Будет плюсом: living in Berlin or Munich, Spanish speaking, experience designing for non-technical or first-time digital users or field settings such as agriculture, logistics, or healthcare, experience working in Notion
