Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в дизайне продукта.
• Формальное образование в дизайне.
• Сильное портфолио с пользовательским подходом и доведённой реализацией.
• Опыт проектирования сложных платформ с несколькими потоками пользователей.
• Опыт дизайна нативных iOS/Android приложений, мобильные паттерны.
• Умение работать в кросс‑функциональных командах и аргументация решений через исследования и данные.
• Сильные навыки английского языка.
• Активное использование AI‑инструментов при исследовании, прототипировании и итерациях.
• Будет плюсом: немецкий язык.

Responsibilities

• Ведущий дизайн на всём цикле продукта: от discovery до реализации, QA и доработок.
• Преобразование сложных финтех‑потоков в понятные UX через исследования и данные.
• Сотрудничество с менеджерами продукта, инженерами, аналитиками и дизайнерами для определения задач и результатов.
• Создание артефактов дизайна: flows, wireframes, прототипы, макеты, спецификации.
• Усиление дизайн‑системы и обеспечения качества продукта, улучшение доступности и масштаба.
• Участие в приоритетных инициативах: модульные цены, onboarding и AI Copilot.

Finom is a European financial technology startup that provides an all-in-one financial platform for entrepreneurs, combining banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing. Its platform also offers AI-enabled accounting and other financial management features.

Задачи

• Own design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and problem framing to implementation, QA, and polish
• Turn complex fintech and SMB workflows into clear, user-centered experiences using research, product data, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Designers to scope work, define outcomes, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Create design artifacts, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and product specifications
• Contribute to the design system and product quality bar, improving consistency, accessibility, scalability, and craft
• Support high-priority initiatives, including modular pricing, onboarding UX transformation, and AI Copilot features

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in product design
• Formal education in design, such as Product Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction and visual design craft, and polished execution
• Experience designing complex platforms with multiple user flows, states, permissions, edge cases, and dependencies
• Hands-on experience designing native iOS/Android apps and familiarity with mobile interaction patterns and constraints, including touch, limited screen space, performance, and offline states
• Confidence working in cross-functional squads and explaining design decisions using research, product data, business context, and customer feedback
• Strong English communication skills
• Actively use AI tools for exploration, synthesis, prototyping, critique, documentation, and faster iteration
