Job summary

Cashen is redefining institutional finance design for a blockchain-enabled platform. As a Product Designer you will own design across the product—from marketing pages to onboarding, listings and dashboards where deals live.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software products, ideally B2B or fintech.
• Portfolio showing clear thinking on dense, data-heavy interfaces.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort working close to the code.
• Strong written communication for async collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design flows for complex financial workflows: listings, counter-proposals, recalls, and settlements.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system across the marketing site and app.
• Partner directly with founders and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship.
