Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in digital environments.
• Experience turning strategy into wireframes and visual designs.
• Ability to design for accessibility and responsive layouts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and content into high-fidelity wireframes, page layouts, and UI components
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences with accessibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff with specs and annotations
• Adapt design systems for CMS platforms and ensure consistency across templates
• Support rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative design improvements
• Explain design decisions to clients and internal teams
• Produce developer-ready Figma files with clear specs
