Job summary

Figma is seeking a Product Designer in the San Francisco or New York hubs with hybrid flexibility. You will own the design from ideation to execution for impactful features, collaborating with product, research, marketing, and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will contribute to design culture, mentor others, and help grow the team while shipping products that empower users worldwide. Strong visual and interaction design skills and system thinking are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end product design from ideation to execution.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the design from start to finish for impactful features.
• Collaborate with product, research, marketing, and other teams to identify user and business needs.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features.
• Help with hiring, mentoring, and establishing a design culture within the company.
• Contribute to the culture and processes of our design team.
