Job summary

Pogo is hiring a second Product Designer to shape our new consumer insights product for brands and retailers. You’ll help lead product design and craft the interfaces for a growing B2B platform and consumer app used by millions of users.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering and GTM, define the design language and systems, and ship high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity and above-market salaries are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience designing software products.
• Bonus if you’ve done this at a startup, or have designed AI interactions before!
• Bonus if you have experience designing enterprise-grade products.
• You design quickly and efficiently, using Figma to gain super powers and reach “escape velocity design”.
• You’re a design nerd at heart with a high bar for design quality and a knack for finding references from Twitter, Mobbin, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Design core product experiences end-to-end for our B2B platform and consumer app.
• Craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase data/AI capabilities.
• Sweat the details—layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactions.
• Help define the product roadmap and design language, systems, and culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and GTM to ship high-quality work in a startup pace.
