Job summary

Pogo is seeking its second Product Designer to lead the design of a new consumer insights product for brands and retailers. You will shape product experiences for a B2B platform and a consumer app reaching millions of users.

You’ll design quickly and iteratively, collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and GTM. You’ll contribute to the design language and systems as we grow the product and company.

Qualifications

• Experience designing software products.
• Experience in startups or AI interactions is a plus.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade products is a plus.
• You design quickly and efficiently, using Figma to gain super powers and reach “escape velocity design”.
• You’re a full-stack designer with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design core product experiences end-to-end, from exploration through launch for our B2B platform and consumer app.
• Craft polished interfaces that build trust and showcase data/AI tech.
• Sweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactions.
• Help define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language and culture.
• Ship high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Be 1 of 2 designers (for now), working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM.
