Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped product work.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable collaborating with engineers.
• Demonstrated product sense and ability to argue for what matters.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end to end: research, flows, UI, and polish.
• Partner with engineering to ship — design that survives contact with code.
• Keep and extend our design system as the suite grows.
• Bring a point of view; push the work, don't just service tickets.
