Job summary

Unstuck Labs in Arlington, VA is seeking a product designer who will own the design of the products founders use to run and build their companies. This is craft plus product thinking: you'll move from problem to flows to high-fidelity, and you'll be in the room when we decide what to build.

You will ship end-to-end design, partner with engineering to ensure designs survive code, extend our design system as the suite grows, and bring a strong point of view to push the work forward rather than

• Portfolio of shipped product work.
• Strong interaction and visual design with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable collaborating with engineers.
• Demonstrated product sense and ability to argue for what matters.
