Profound is hiring a Product Designer to own core data visualization and content workflow tools. You will ship end-to-end experiences, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and translate strategy into clear design solutions that users love.

You’ll explore multiple directions with sketches, flows, and prototypes, sweat the details of typography and motion, and balance user needs with technical and business goals while keeping craft high.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing digital products, ideally in startups or fast-moving companies.
• Strong craft with clarity, simplicity, and execution in design work.
• Experience on data visualization or B2B marketing products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design core product experiences end-to-end from exploration to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate strategy into clear design solutions.
• Explore multiple directions quickly with sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Fine-tune typography, spacing, motion, and interactions to improve UX.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals while maintaining high craft quality.
• Incorporate user feedback and insights to refine the product over time.
• Help evolve Profound’s design systems and product vision.
• Participate in design critiques to give and receive feedback on ongoing work.
