Job summary

Maybern Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer with 2–3 years of experience to own design for Core Workflows and User Engagement squads.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to design features that are delightful and feasible to build, focusing on data visualizations, task management, and notifications. You will bring craft to your work, help shape our visual language, and support research efforts with senior designers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of design experience in a complex B2B product
• Portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design strength
• Ability to conduct user research and synthesize findings
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions in Core Workflows and User Engagement squads with Product and Engineering
• Polish details and craft in shipped features
• Contribute to design vision with Senior Designer and established patterns
• Support discovery and research by gathering user feedback and observations
