About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Design Systems Designer to lead our native iOS and Android design system, a key initiative that will transform user experiences. You will standardize our mobile applications and develop a cohesive visual language extending our web design system to native platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in Figma component creation, token architecture, accessibility, documentation, and collaborating with engineers. This is an opportunity to shape our mobile design future from the ground up.
About The Team
Our design systems team consists of designers and engineers dedicated to creating and maintaining a rich set of Figma and coded components across platforms. We are evolving our existing design system into its next phase of maturity, led by our CDO, Amy Thibodeau.

Gusto offers competitive compensation, emphasizing equity ownership, with a range of $139,000 to $199,000 in Denver and most remote locations, and $179,000 to $221,000 in Seattle, San Francisco, and New York. Final offers depend on experience and expertise.
