Qualifications

• Five+ years designing software used to support decision-making.
• Portfolio showing at least one dense, information-heavy screen you are proud of.
• You build prototypes, in code or close to it.
• You have a point of view on typography and can defend it.

Responsibilities

• Own the review screen, the dashboard, and the flow from paste to answer.
• Design for the phone-first reading path on contracts.
• Maintain a precise visual system: minimal decoration, clear hairlines and space, one amber hue.
• Participate in customer calls; the designer should be the one who observes users.
