Qualifications

• Substantial experience owning data products and observability platforms.
• Ability to set direction in ambiguous space and make durable interaction decisions.
• Proficiency in translating deeply technical workflows into coherent product experiences.
• Technical fluency and ability to build credibility with engineers.
• Experience redesigning workflows spanning multiple tools/surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for data-intensive products used by engineers, researchers, and product teams.
• Shape the complete learning loop: instrument, launch, observe, investigate, evaluate, decide, and iterate.
• Create clear, high-craft workflows for querying, filtering, comparison, drill-down, visualization, alerting, and sharing.
• Make complex concepts understandable and actionable for users.
• Partner with engineering, data science, research, and product management to translate infrastructure into elegant experiences.
• Define shared systems and patterns to create consistency across enterprise tools.
• Establish high standards for information architecture, visual hierarchy, interaction quality across multi-surface products.
