Job summary

TRACTIAN in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Product Designer to join our team. You will contribute across the full product development lifecycle, collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver robust, user-centered solutions.

You will build advanced prototypes in Figma, translate customer needs into intuitive interfaces, and document design specifications for handoffs. A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 3+ years as a Product Designer in software companies.
• Portfolio showing problem-solving and design skills.
• Proficiency creating mid/high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong English communication and documentation.
• Experience building advanced Figma components.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs with product managers.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and interactions.
• Prototype in Figma to validate solutions.
