Job summary

Stampin' Up! is seeking a Product Designer to bring crafting products from concept to production. You’ll work on kits, stamps, papers, tools, and accessories, turning ideas into approachable, inspiring experiences for crafters worldwide.

This role blends creative design with product development and hands-on experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related creative role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work across multiple mediums and apply creative direction to product strategy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to embrace feedback and iterate designs.
• Passion for creating approachable and inspiring crafting experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate new products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, and accessories.
• Transform concepts into engaging products and projects that align with strategy and customer needs.
• Complete product assignments with increasing independence while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Use hands-on experimentation to explore new materials, techniques, and possibilities.
• Participate in reviews, present progress updates, and collaborate across teams.
• Learn and apply product design standards, manufacturing requirements, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Verify artwork and physical products for accuracy and production readiness.
