Stampin Up! is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to turn great products into meaningful growth.

You will lead marketing for new and expanding product lines, shaping positioning and go-to-market strategies across a multi-channel environment. You’ll develop 1-3 year growth plans, collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product teams, and turn product stories into customer-focused experiences that drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 3+ years of product marketing or related experience.
• Experience in international or multi-channel environments and craft industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing for new and expanding product lines across multi-channel environment.
• Define channel roles and translate growth strategies into actionable plans.
• Turn product stories into compelling positioning, launch plans, and marketing strategies.
• Develop 1-3 year growth plans with objectives, KPIs, and investments.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Creative, Sales, Training, Product Management.
