Job summary

Stampin' Up! is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a collaborative design team and bring the Stampin' Up! brand to life across digital channels. You will craft graphics for the online store, promotions, and social media and contribute to large-scale marketing initiatives.

The role balances creative exploration with technical execution, requiring rigor, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from marketers, writers, photographers, and fellow creatives.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, and visual communication
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, illustration, web design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience creating designs for web and social media platforms is a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, implement feedback, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
