Job summary

Stampin' Up! is seeking a Product Designer to turn creative concepts into tangible crafting products, from kits to stamps and tools. You’ll collaborate across teams, explore new materials, and balance innovation with manufacturability and clear instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work across multiple mediums and apply creative direction to product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate new products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, accessories, and other products.
• Transform concepts into engaging products and projects.
• Complete product assignments with increasing independence while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Use hands-on experimentation to explore new materials and techniques.
• Participate in reviews, present progress, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Learn and apply product design standards, manufacturing requirements, brand guidelines, and best practices.
