Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer to shape experiences for billions of users across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and more. You’ll work with cross-functional teams from concept to launch, balancing user value, craft, and feasibility.

You’ll apply product design, interaction, and visual design skills, participate in strategic decisions with partners, and help evolve design systems while mentoring teammates and contributing to ethical AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years designing complex software with UX and visuals.
• Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Experience leading design efforts and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes.

• Drive partnerships with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee UX from concept to launch.
• Represent work to broader product team and leaders, communicating goals clearly.
