Job summary
Welcome Pickups in the United States is seeking a Product Designer to join our Partners Product team. You will translate complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive experiences for hotels, travel agents, and other partners, working closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts.
You’ll own the design process from discovery through delivery, contribute to our global design system, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product design for complex B2B SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio showing process and impact.
- Ability to lead ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using research data and experiments to inform decisions.
- Fluency in English and strong written/verbal skills.
- Experience with AI tools in design workflow a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process from discovery to delivery for partner-facing products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs and business goals.
- Design intuitive experiences for partner dashboard, bookings, and reporting.
- Contribute to the design system and documentation.
- Lead design research synthesis and prototyping with AI tools.
- Ensure accessibility and high-quality implementation with engineering.
