Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Product Designer to help make complex workflows simple for users across the Gearset platform. You’ll work with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers, owning problems from discovery to delivery and shaping approaches with a strong emphasis on customer insights.

You’ll design for diverse users, including Salesforce admins and developers, and explore coded prototypes and design system components.

Qualifications

Experience designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio showing problems and outcomes.
Worked closely with product managers and engineers during the design process.
Experience speaking directly with users, conducting research, and using product analytics.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of meaningful customer problems from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers from the first conversation about a problem.
Create prototypes and learn from users to inform decisions.
Involve engineers as designs become part of the Gearset platform and stay engaged.
Maintain a high bar for the user experience and ensure it is useful and well made.
Use customer feedback and product data to iterate after shipping.
