Job summary

EverHealth, part of EverCommerce, is seeking a product designer to help cross-functional teams solve customer problems and ship experiences that are simple, useful, and effective.

You will partner with Product Managers, Insights analysts, and Engineers, participate in discovery, define problems, prototype flows, validate ideas with customers, and ensure shipped work matches intent while contributing to the design system. Flexible in-office, remote, or hybrid.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving and UX design from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to create intuitive product experiences by simplifying complex workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own clarity and usability of designed experiences.
• Develop design artifacts: flows, prototypes, specs, interaction details, edge cases.
• Gather and apply customer evidence to design decisions.
• Ensure product experiences match user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and improve the design system across the portfolio.
• Apply AI to accelerate research synthesis and design workflows while applying human judgment.
