Job summary

EverCommerce, a global company, is seeking a Product Designer for the EverHealth Portfolio. You will partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to uncover customer problems and design practical, delightful experiences across flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

You will help define problems, validate ideas with users, and contribute to the design system while using AI to speed up synthesis and ideation. Collaboration and craft are essential for impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery.
• Strong portfolio showing problem solving, not just polished UI.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Practical experience using AI to move faster, while maintaining judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Insights analysts and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team.
• Participate in discovery to understand customer problems through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback.
• Help define the problem before jumping to the solution.
• Explore multiple solution paths through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Validate ideas early with customers, users, and internal experts before teams commit to building.
• Collaborate closely through implementation to ensure the shipped experience matches the intent.
• Use customer feedback and product metrics to improve experiences after launch.
• Contribute to and maintain the EverHealth design system for faster, consistent delivery.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows with human judgment.
