Counsel Health, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Product Designer to define what consumer healthcare should feel like. You’ll shape end-to-end experiences from questions to prescriptions, labs, and referrals, setting visual, interaction, and motion standards that provide trust and clarity.

You’ll work on the core patient experience in a hybrid NYC/Boston/ East Coast remote role, collaborating closely with engineering and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer-focused product design experience with a strong visual design portfolio.
• Mastery of interaction design and a strong point of view on motion design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring new features from concept to life.
• Strong consumer sensibilities and judgment on delight in healthcare context.
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape the core patient experience across education, advice, prescriptions, labs and referrals.
• Raise the bar for visual, interaction and motion craft with micro-interactions.
• Translate healthcare needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Prototype, test and iterate rapid 0→1 experiences with modern tools.
• Develop and evolve design system and patterns as the team grows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and clinical teams.
