Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for the EverHealth portfolio. You will partner with product managers, analysts, and engineers to uncover customer problems and validate concepts across discovery and delivery.

You will simplify complex flows into intuitive designs, contribute to the design system, and leverage AI to accelerate research while maintaining human judgment and taste. Remote work options are available across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, not just polished UI.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Excellent collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, insights analysts, and engineers as part of a cross-functional team.
• Support discovery through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback to understand customer problems.
• Define problems clearly before moving into solution design.
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches using flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Validate concepts early with customers, users, and internal experts before build.
• Support implementation to align the shipped experience with the intended design.
• Improve post-launch experiences using customer feedback and product metrics.
• Contribute to and maintain the EverHealth design system for consistency across teams.
• Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows with human judgment.
