DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer for the Solutions and Enterprise team to enhance end-to-end contracting workflows, from creation to renewal. You will work with PM, Engineering, UXR and design peers to shape intelligent contract management experiences using AI-powered tools.

You will operate in a hybrid model with in-office and remote work, contributing to a scalable design system and a culture of craft and user-centered design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise, consumer, and/or mobile UX for large-scale web services.
• Portfolio demonstrating design strategy, interaction design and storytelling.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, scalable flows across products using design systems.
• Partner with PM, Eng and user research to define features and own execution.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping and iteration while maintaining craft.
• Leverage analytics and research to inform work while trusting intuition.
• Contribute to a collaborative, creative Experience design culture.
