Job summary

This hybrid role leads design across core contracting workflows and AI-powered experiences, collaborating with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to ship, learn, and iterate quickly. The role emphasizes designing AI-powered experiences with trust and explainability, mentoring designers, and building reusable patterns within the design system.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing digital products in B2B/enterprise environments.
• Strong systems thinking enabling coherent cross-workflow experiences.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences with trust and explainability.
• Ability to prototype rapidly using AI-native tools and share progress openly.
• Strong product judgment balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• Leadership, storytelling, and mentoring across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management or enterprise workflow software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy end to end for a major area of the CLM platform, from framing to launch and measurement.
• Shape AI-powered experiences and agent behavior with grounding and user control considerations.
• Design for trust and explainability, including human-in-the-loop control and safe failure modes.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-native tools to explore interaction models and test concepts with customers.
• Build and evolve reusable design patterns and strengthen the design system across workflows and AI experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, AI, and domain experts to translate problems into decisions.
• Mentor designers and raise organizational design quality through live project work.
