Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Products team at Corporate Headquarters in Montvale, NJ. This role defines product vision, prioritizes customer-centric features, and drives high-value digital experiences through Agile delivery with internal and remote third‑party partners.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and marketing teams to translate objectives into actionable user stories, maintain the backlog, and measure success with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 2+ years of Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with omnichannel digital products (web and mobile).
• Proven roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization experience.
• Experience with B2C and B2B Digital Commerce platforms.
• UX design and customer journey mapping experience.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
• Drive customer-centric, data-driven product management and outcomes.
• Contribute to Commerce Anywhere strategy and broader Digital Experience ecosystem.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify needs and requirements.
• Translate objectives into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain product backlog, prioritization, releases, and sprints.
• Coordinate across Product Owners and Agile teams to manage dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT for releases.
• Work with UX, Insights, and Customer Segments to identify enhancements.
