Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Product Designer to define how its omnichannel healthcare platform works and feels. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, working with product management, engineering, and data science to ship thoughtful experiences.

The role emphasizes ownership of design from exploration through shipped interfaces, with a focus on AI-enabled features and accessibility while collaborating across global teams and regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces for workflow-heavy products.
• Portfolio showing component libraries, data display, and navigation and interaction patterns.
• Experience designing data-dense interfaces that simplify complex tasks.
• Technical fluency with front-end concepts and modern design-to-code workflows.
• Experience designing AI and LLM-driven features and trust in interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the product design and user experience of the platform from exploration to shipped interface.
• Maintain and evolve the design system as the platform grows.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to establish design-to-engineering workflows.
• Set a high bar for design quality across the platform.
• Design how AI features appear in the product.
• Partner with product management on problem definition and sequencing.
• Run research and usability sessions and translate findings into design decisions.
