• 3+ years of experience.
• Located in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco for in-person work.
• Very organized, hardworking and fast.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project.
• Navigate problem and solution space with cofounders, PMs and peers.
• Communicate differing opinions and facilitate constructive decisions.
• Think through broad user flows for new features.
• Generate high fidelity mocks and consider UI/UX.
• Build up the design system alongside the team and engineering partners.
• Validate design choices with analytics.
