Job summary

RTB House, a next-generation DSP guided by Deep Learning, seeks a seasoned Product Designer to own end-to-end design for desktop-first panels. You will work with engineers and designers, conduct UX research, and contribute to a growing Design System in Figma.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and applying AI tools to streamline workflows. You should have 4+ years in design, including product teams, and be fluent in communicating with frontend developers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in product teams.
• 2+ years inside a product team.
• Strong analytical thinking with data and research.
• Experience with qualitative/quantitative data and AI optimization.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals for frontend communication.
• Independent, ownership mindset and organized work.
• Attention to visual consistency and aesthetics.
• Proficient with AI tools in design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end features for desktop-first RTB House panels from problem discovery to QA.
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis and usability research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and designers, refining scope and handoffs.
• Work in and expand the Design System in Figma with components, tokens and auto-layouts.
• Conduct UX research including interviews, usability tests and data analysis.
• Improve daily workflows by leveraging modern AI tools.
• Design effectively under technical, business and real-world constraints.
