Job summary

Simile is seeking a Product & Design leader to own significant product surfaces end to end. You will make probabilistic concepts like populations, uncertainty, and confidence visually clear for executive-level decisions.

You'll design new surfaces from scratch, ensure complexity is legible, and evolve the design system as Simile scales. Strong enterprise design experience and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Design products or features without reference points (0-to-1 design).
• Strong visual and systems design capabilities.
• Experience designing for enterprise customers and complex data.
• Ability to articulate design rationale clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design new surfaces from scratch.
• Make complexity legible for enterprise decision-makers.
• Move between systems and craft information architecture, interaction models, and design systems.
• Ship front-end changes with AI tooling and engineering support.
• Evolve the design system as the product suite grows.
