Job summary

Simile is seeking a design leader to create and scale a category brand for enterprise decision-making through AI-driven simulations. You will define the visual language, build brand systems, and own campaigns across web, video, print, and social, guiding work from strategy to shipped execution.

You bring a standout portfolio, fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and curiosity about AI design tools. This is an onsite role in San Francisco with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Brand systems thinking and visual identity development across multiple surfaces.
• Evidence of strong typographic and layout skills.
• Proven ability to design for enterprise audiences and complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define the visual language of a new category and build the systems, typography, motion, and imagery.
• Own brand end to end from strategy through concept to shipped execution across web, video, print, environment, and social.
• Translate positioning and messaging into visuals that carry it and stand up to critique.
