Job summary

Lattice Partners is hiring its first full-time designer to own the end-to-end design process from user research to UI. You will juggle multiple client projects, build mission-critical software, and interact directly with users to rapidly meet their needs.

You’ll start new 0→1 projects, participate in client meetings and stand-ups, and grow into a role with full ownership of product decisions, collaborating closely with engineers and product teams in a remote, PST-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in a professional environment.
• Experience designing AI applications.
• Experience designing products and features independently.
• Ability to think through complex design problems and trade-offs.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to implement designs and understand feasibility.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Curiosity about new industries and how technology can help them.
• Must be in a US timezone: PT/MT/CT/ET.

Lattice Partners is an AI product studio and consulting firm that provides AI strategies, trainings, and builds AI-powered applications and agents for clients across industries. They are hiring their first full-time designer to own the end-to-end design process, juggle multiple client projects, interact directly with users, and start new 0→1 products. The team is primarily based in Los Angeles but operates remotely and works PST hours. The company offers a monthly stipend for learning about AI and trying new AI tools.
